A NEW SPACE FOR CONTEMPORARY ART
SillArt Gallery opens its doors in Sillamäe, Estonia, marking the beginning of a new
chapter in the cultural life of Ida-Virumaa.
Created as an independent space for contemporary art, the gallery brings together artists,
audiences and ideas. It is a place where different generations, artistic languages and
personal visions can meet, challenge one another and enter into dialogue.

Sillamäe is a city of distinctive architecture, industrial memory and extraordinary natural
surroundings. Situated between the Baltic Sea and the landscapes of Ida-Virumaa, it
carries a complex cultural identity shaped by different histories and communities.
SillArt Gallery seeks to contribute a new dimension to this environment.
The gallery is not conceived simply as a place to display artworks. It is intended as a
